These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oregon Exterior Experts website and services. By requesting services, signing a proposal, paying an invoice, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

Oregon Exterior Experts provides exterior home services including, but not limited to, roofing, gutters, exterior painting, and power washing. Scope of work for each project is defined in the accepted estimate, proposal, or work order.

2) Estimates, Scheduling, and Changes

• Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
• Hidden damage, code-required upgrades, or customer-requested changes may require a change order and pricing adjustment.
• Scheduling windows may change due to weather, safety, material delays, or unforeseen site conditions.

3) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable site access at scheduled times.
• Disclose known hazards, prior repairs, and relevant property conditions.
• Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before service.

4) Payment Terms

• Payment terms are stated on your proposal or invoice.
• Deposits may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due per invoice terms once contracted work is completed.
• Late balances may incur permitted fees or collection action as allowed by law.

5) Warranties and Limitations

• Any workmanship warranty applies only as explicitly stated in writing.
• Manufacturer warranties (if any) are subject to each manufacturer’s terms.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, concealed conditions, acts of nature, or damage outside the contracted scope.

6) Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposits or material charges, are governed by your signed proposal/work order and applicable Oregon law.

7) Website Use

Website content is provided for general information only and may be updated at any time without notice. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oregon Exterior Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our services or website.
